This role focuses on ensuring safe and effective medication dispensing by performing final verification of compounded prescriptions and reviewing prescription orders for clinical accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct final pharmacist verification of compounded prescriptions before dispensing, ensuring all are accurate, complete, and meet regulatory standards.
• Review prescription orders for clinical appropriateness, dosage accuracy, accurate patient information, potential drug interactions, formulation integrity, and proper labeling.

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a pharmacist, with experience in a closed-door pharmacy environment preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
