We are seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist to join a professional pharmacy team in Houston. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule and a strong focus on prescription accuracy, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

Schedule:

• MondayFriday
• 9:00 AM5:30 PM
• Weekends as needed
• Contract to hire

Responsibilities:

• Complete final verification of compounded prescriptions before dispensing.
• Review prescriptions for appropriate dosing, patient information, drug interactions, and clinical accuracy.
• Confirm formulations, labeling, and documentation meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe, accurate, and compliant pharmacy workflow.

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Texas Pharmacist license.
• 2+ years of pharmacist experience preferred.
• Closed-door pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
