RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist for a contract opportunity with a pharmacy in Houston, TX. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented pharmacist with strong prescription verification skills and a commitment to medication safety.

Position Details:

  • Location: Houston, TX

  • Employment Type: Contract

  • Schedule: MondayFriday, day shift 6:00am - 2:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Perform final verification of compounded prescriptions before dispensing.

  • Review prescriptions for clinical appropriateness, dosage accuracy, and potential drug interactions.

  • Verify patient information, formulation integrity, and prescription labeling.

  • Ensure prescriptions meet applicable regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Active Texas pharmacist license in good standing.

  • Minimum of 2 years of pharmacist experience.

  • Closed-door pharmacy experience preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
