This Per Diem position offers the opportunity to work as an outpatient pharmacist providing essential pharmacy services on select dates in June and July 2026 in Humboldt, IA. The role involves delivering direct patient care and medication management in an outpatient or clinic pharmacy setting.

• June 12th: 8 AM 5 PM
• June 18th-19th (no technician support): 8 AM 5 PM
