Per Diem Outpatient Staff Pharmacist - Humboldt, Iowa

Location: Humboldt, Iowa
Schedule:

• August 7th
• August 12th
• September 4th
• October 7th - 14th
• October 23rd (1 PM - 5 PM)
  Shift Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions with accuracy and attention to detail in a low-volume outpatient setting
• Provide patient counseling to support medication adherence and safety
• Perform typical outpatient pharmacy duties ensuring quality care and compliance

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Iowa Pharmacist License is required
• Previous experience as a pharmacist in retail or outpatient settings
• Strong communication and patient service skills
