Per Diem Outpatient Staff Pharmacist in Humboldt, IA

This role offers the opportunity to work as an Outpatient Pharmacist on a per diem basis during select dates in the late summer and fall of 2026. The position is located in Iowa, supporting an outpatient clinic setting with a focus on prescription verification and patient care.

Key Dates:

• August 7th
• August 12th
• September 4th
• October 7th to 14th
• October 23rd (half day from 1 PM to 5 PM)

Schedule:

• Shifts run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Verify low volume outpatient prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Provide patient counseling to ensure understanding of medication regimens
• Fulfill typical outpatient pharmacy duties including collaboration with healthcare providers

Qualifications:

• Current Iowa Pharmacist License required
• Experience working as a pharmacist in retail or outpatient pharmacy settings
