Location:

• Humboldt, IA

Schedule:

• October 7-14, Full days from 8 AM to 5 PM
• October 23, Half day from 1 PM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Verify low volume prescriptions accurately
• Provide patient counseling to promote proper medication use
• Perform typical outpatient pharmacy duties ensuring safe and effective care

Qualifications:

• Valid Iowa Pharmacist License required
• Experience in retail or outpatient pharmacy preferred
