Home Infusion Staff Pharmacist - Irving, TX

This role offers an opportunity to apply your pharmacy expertise in a dynamic home infusion setting. As a Production Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and accuracy of compounded medications prior to shipment, directly impacting patient care and treatment success.

Location: Irving, TX
Job Type: Contract (13 weeks)
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform order verification to ensure prescription accuracy and compliance
• Verify compounded sterile products before shipment, maintaining stringent quality standards
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to uphold safe and effective medication practices

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or graduation from an accredited School of Pharmacy
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in Texas
• Preferred knowledge of sterile compounding medication processes
• IV certification is highly valued and preferred
