Sterile Compounding Pharmacist Irving, TX

We are hiring a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist for a 13-week contract in Irving, TX. Immediate start with a 7:00 AM3:30 PM schedule.

Responsibilities:

Assess patients for home infusion therapy and develop individualized medication plans.
Prepare, verify, and dispense sterile medications in compliance with USP and regulatory standards.
Provide medication and infusion education to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
Collaborate with healthcare teams and monitor patient outcomes.
Manage infusion equipment and support medication safety and quality initiatives.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide drug information as needed.

Qualifications:

PharmD or graduate of an accredited pharmacy program.
Active, unrestricted Texas Pharmacist license.
1+ year of sterile IV compounding experience or equivalent pharmacy experience/residency/APPE experience.
Strong knowledge of home infusion practices, clinical pharmacy, and pharmacokinetics.
Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
