Pharmacy Supervisor Home Infusion | Direct Hire

A leadership opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacist to oversee home infusion pharmacy operations. This role requires strong clinical expertise and management skills to lead a team in delivering exceptional patient care.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
• On-call availability on weekends

Location: South Jordan, UT

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations and supervise a diverse team including lead pharmacy techs, clinical pharmacists, and compounding staff.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized care plans for patients receiving home infusion services.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations including sterile compounding standards.
• Oversee sterile medication preparation, dispensing, quality assurance, and equipment calibration.
• Manage medication purchasing, inventory control, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with nursing, delivery, reimbursement, and healthcare teams to coordinate patient-centered care.
• Provide clinical education and training to pharmacists, technicians, nurses, and physicians.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support clinical and operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with an active pharmacist license.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of infusion or cleanroom pharmacy experience, or equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Expertise in sterile compounding and patient-specific medication therapy.
• Reliable transportation for occasional patient visits.

Preferred Experience:

• Managing complex infusion patients and sterile compounding processes.
• Pharmacy inventory management, purchasing, and logistics.
• Postgraduate clinical pharmacy training or board certification.
• Active membership in professional pharmacy organizations.
