Home Infusion Staff Pharmacist - Jersey City, New Jersey

A home infusion pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacist for a contract assignment starting October 19, 2026, through the end of January 2027. This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, with two shift options: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, totaling 40 hours per week.

Location: Wayne, NJ
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 am 4:00 pm OR 9:00 am 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and safe, effective drug therapy
• Prepare, fill, and compound medications following established formulas, procedures, and quality standards
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records, inventory control, and compliance with drug usage and patient documentation requirements
• Support pharmacy operations and quality assurance initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations as well as company policies

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in New Jersey
• Experience verifying sterile medications is mandatory
• Proficient in USP 797 sterile compounding standards
