Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and process physician orders accurately and efficiently
• Perform sterile compounding and support cleanroom operations adhering to USP standards
• Ensure the safe dispensing of medications and infusion-related supplies
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient and pharmacy records in compliance with federal and state regulations
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure workflow efficiency
• Manage assigned patient caseloads and provide pharmacist coverage as needed

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Pharmacist License in good standing
• Minimum of 1+ year pharmacy experience required; 2+ years clinical pharmacy experience preferred
• Prior experience with infusion therapy and sterile compounding highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of USP sterile compounding standards
• Excellent communication, multitasking, time-management, and critical-thinking skills
