RPh on the Go is hiring an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacist for a 13-week temp-to-hire opportunity with a rapidly growing compounding pharmacy in Stafford, TX. Job Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile compounded medications in accordance with physician orders and USP standards
• Perform sterile compounding while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and quality
• Ensure compliance with USP <797>, USP <800>, state, and federal pharmacy regulations
• Verify compounded preparations and oversee quality assurance processes
• Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, ingredients, and inventory
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and fellow pharmacists to ensure efficient workflow
• Communicate professionally with providers and healthcare team members
• Support daily pharmacy operations in a fast-paced production environment

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas Pharmacist License
• Minimum 1 year of recent sterile compounding experience
• Strong knowledge of USP <797> and USP <800> standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume compounding environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
