Per Diem Staff Pharmacist in Lanark, IL

A per diem Staff Pharmacist opportunity is available in Lanark, IL, supporting a busy pharmacy team that includes three full-time technicians and 1-2 pharmacists. This role involves managing around 2,000 prescriptions weekly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient counseling to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Accurately fill and dispense prescriptions
• Perform final verifications on prescriptions
• Administer immunizations as needed
• Attend training on Thursday, August 20th, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
• Work shift on Friday, August 21st, from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm

Qualifications:

• Must hold a clear and active Illinois Pharmacist license
• Immunization certification is preferred
• Familiarity with EPS software is a plus but not required

Schedule:

• Per diem position with immediate training and scheduled shifts listed above
