This role requires a skilled Home Infusion Pharmacist to support sterile medication preparation in a low-volume setting. Operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, this contract position spans at least 8 weeks and demands precision, strong aseptic technique, and adherence to strict safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customized sterile medications, including IV fluids, in a controlled cleanroom environment
• Verify sterile compounding preparations for accuracy and safety
• Enforce compliance with USP and applicable sterile compounding standards
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians during compounding processes
• Maintain and monitor cleanroom equipment to ensure proper function
• Conduct final inspections to confirm medication quality and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Pennsylvania pharmacist license
• Minimum one year of recent sterile compounding experience, specifically in home infusion settings
• Proficient in computer systems related to pharmacy operations
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and USP sterile compounding standards
