Key Responsibilities:

• Verify intravenous (IV) medications with precision and accuracy
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure compliance and quality control
• Communicate directly with patients to provide support and information regarding their treatment

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current, valid New York State pharmacist license
• Hospital pharmacy experience with a strong emphasis on home infusion
• Familiarity with IV compounding techniques and sterile preparation
• Clean background, with no DUI or related issues
