A Home Infusion Pharmacist role is available for a direct hire position in Manlius, NY, offering a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This position provides an opportunity to apply your hospital and home infusion experience in a focused, patient-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:

Verifying intravenous (IV) medications to ensure accuracy and safety
Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain compliance and quality standards
Communicating with patients regarding medication and care instructions

Desired qualifications and experience:

Current, valid New York State pharmacist license is mandatory
Proven experience in hospital pharmacy settings and home infusion
Familiarity with IV compounding is highly preferred
Clean background with no DUI or other disqualifying issues
