RPh on the Go is hiring a Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist for a specialty compounding pharmacy in Kennett Square, PA. This is a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule and the potential to join the team permanently.

Job Responsibilities

• Verify and oversee non-sterile compounded medications prepared by pharmacy technicians
• Review compounded preparations for accuracy and compliance with master formula worksheets
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs and state and federal regulations
• Complete required calculations and documentation
• Monitor production processes and maintain quality standards
• Ensure proper cleaning, garbing, and workflow procedures are followed
• Support quality assurance initiatives to maintain the safety, purity, and potency of compounded medications
• Stay current on compounding techniques, formulations, and industry best practices

Please Note: This is primarily an oversight and verification role. While you will not be performing hands-on compounding, previous non-sterile compounding experience is required.

• 9:00 AM-5:30 PM
• No weekends

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
• Recent pharmacist experience
• Previous non-sterile compounding experience required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
