Staff Pharmacist Specialty Pharmacy | Cordova, TN

Schedule:

Monday-Friday
8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Pharmacy Setting:

Specialty Pharmacy
Low prescription volume
Software: CareTend (training available; experience is a major plus)

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care for patients receiving specialty infusion therapies
Manage therapies for hemophilia, immune deficiencies, autoimmune disorders, and other chronic conditions
Educate patients and caregivers on medication administration, adherence, side effect management, and home therapy
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to optimize patient outcomes
Assist with prior authorizations, insurance coordination, and financial assistance programs
Support patients throughout their treatment journey with exceptional clinical care

Requirements:

Active Tennessee Pharmacist license
Arkansas Pharmacist license highly preferred
CareTend experience is a significant plus
Willingness to obtain additional state pharmacist licenses
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to grow professionally
