Staff Pharmacist 13-Week Contract - Moorestown, New Jersey

RPh on the Go is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to provide pharmacy services at a pharmacy facility in Moorestown, New Jersey. This is a 13-week contract assignment through the end of the year, offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule during the mid-shift.

The pharmacist will be responsible for final medication verification, oversight of the fulfillment process, supervision of pharmacy technicians, and supporting safe and efficient pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform final verification of medications to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable pharmacy standards
• Oversee prescription fulfillment activities and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures
• Provide supervision, direction, and support to pharmacy technicians throughout the shift
• Review medication therapy and identify potential medication-related concerns
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and pharmacy staff regarding medication therapy when appropriate
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of pharmacy documentation
• Support efficient workflow and maintain quality and safety standards within the pharmacy
• Perform all duties in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Pharmacist license in good standing
• Previous pharmacist experience required
• Long-term care or mail-order pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication safety
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to provide direction and supervision to pharmacy technicians
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the pharmacy team
