This opportunity is for a Retail Pharmacist position in North Pole, AK, offering a contract-to-hire arrangement with a commitment of 40 hours per week. Candidates will work a variety of shifts to support retail pharmacy operations, including:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM
  • Saturday: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

The contract duration is 13+ weeks with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active and clear Alaska Board of Pharmacy license
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
  • Certification in immunization administration

Responsibilities:

  • Dispensing and verifying prescription medications accurately
  • Providing patient counseling on proper medication use and potential side effects
  • Managing inventory and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Administering immunizations as per certification
