A reliable Staff Pharmacist is needed on a per diem basis to support pharmacy operations in Woodstock, NY. This role requires availability from October 12 through October 16, working Monday to Friday on the day shift from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Weekends are off, providing a consistent weekday schedule during the assignment period.

Key Responsibilities:
