RPh on the Go is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a full-time, direct hire opportunity in Pittsburgh, PA. This position focuses on patient education, medication counseling, and working with prescribers to ensure safe and effective medication therapy.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Direct Hire

• Schedule: MondayFriday, full-time

Responsibilities:

• Provide phone-based counseling on new prescriptions, refills, side effects, adherence, and proper medication use.

• Answer patient questions and offer medication guidance.

• Coordinate with prescribers and their offices to clarify prescriptions and resolve clinical concerns.

• Address prescription issues promptly to help prevent dispensing delays.

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license in good standing.

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, specialty, or mail-order pharmacy.

• Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
