• Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct final pharmacist verification of compounded prescriptions, guaranteeing accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulations.
• Review prescription orders to check clinical appropriateness, dosage accuracy, and patient-specific information.
• Screen for potential drug interactions and confirm formulation integrity and proper labeling.

Qualifications:

• Possess a clear and active Pharmacist license for the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a pharmacist, ideally within a closed-door pharmacy environment.
