Retail Staff Pharmacist | Post Falls, Idaho

This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented pharmacist with retail experience seeking part-time hours in a dynamic pharmacy environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional care while working alongside a dedicated team committed to excellent customer service.

Location:

• Rathdrum, ID

Schedule:

• Part-time, 1st shift
• Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays, 9:00 AM 1:00 PM (if working Saturday, take Thursday or Friday off)

Responsibilities:

• Verify prescription accuracy and appropriateness
• Counsel patients on medication use and health concerns
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth workflow
• Promote a positive team environment focused on patient care and service
• Handle a daily volume of 300 400 prescriptions using the Pioneer system

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Idaho pharmacist license
• Pharmacy experience, preferably in retail settings
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
