Per Diem Retail Staff Pharmacist - Roscoe, IL

Join an ambulatory outpatient retail pharmacy team as a Staff Pharmacist supporting patient care and medication management. Location: Roscoe, IL
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Possible Saturdays if needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense and verify prescriptions while ensuring patient safety
• Manage a daily prescription volume of approximately 200-250 scripts on weekdays and 100 on weekends
• Utilize Epic Willow system for order entry and medication records (training provided if needed)
• Provide expert counseling and respond to patient inquiries regarding medications
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize therapeutic outcomes

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Illinois Pharmacist License required
• Previous retail pharmacy experience is a must
• Familiarity with Epic Willow system preferred; training available for the right candidate
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
