Schedule:

• First Friday of every month from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (long-term coverage)
• Specific confirmed dates:
  • June 5, 8:30 AM 12:00 PM (includes 30-minute training)
  • June 30, 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
  • July 1, 8:30 AM 12:00 PM
  • July 7, 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
  • July 8, 10:00 AM 2:00 PM
• Additional occasional Saturday coverage from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM may be required

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify prescriptions accurately and efficiently
• Provide patient counseling to ensure medication understanding and adherence
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain smooth operations
• Manage a typical volume of 4050 prescriptions daily, with busier days reaching up to 100

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Florida Pharmacist license required
• Open to new graduates with relevant licensing
• Ability to work independently as the sole pharmacist on shift
• Experience with Pioneer Rx system preferred
• Familiarity with nonsterile compounding is a plus (no compounding duties required)
