Per Diem Hospital Inpatient Staff Pharmacist | Siren, Wisconsin

This opportunity offers temporary per diem coverage as a Relief Hospital Pharmacist at a small critical care hospital located in Grantsburg, WI. The assignment includes several coverage periods: July 31, August 1217, and August 2631. Schedule and hours will be confirmed directly by the client to ensure optimal coordination.

Responsibilities include verifying prescriptions and medication orders, reviewing physician orders for accuracy and appropriateness, and responding to medication-related inquiries from nurses and physicians. You will support daily inpatient pharmacy operations and ensure that medications are dispensed safely and accurately in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist license required
• Prior experience in inpatient hospital and/or critical care pharmacy settings
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to interpret complex medication orders
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with healthcare teams
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a small hospital setting
