A Staff Pharmacist opportunity is available for an 8-week contract in Columbia, MO, specializing in long-term care pharmacy services. This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and safety of medication dispensing within a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cycle checking of medications to maintain compliance and accuracy.
  • Verify prescriptions to ensure proper dosage, route, and patient safety.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient medication needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of pharmacy activities and interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Active Missouri Pharmacist License is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of pharmacist experience.
  • Experience with long-term care (LTC) pharmacy and cycle checking is preferred.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
