This direct hire opportunity is for a Home Infusion Pharmacist position based in Syracuse, NY. The role is Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured weekday schedule with no weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify intravenous (IV) medication orders for accuracy and safety
Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure proper workflow and compliance
Communicate directly with patients, addressing questions and providing medication guidance

Required Qualifications:

Experience working in a hospital and home infusion pharmacy setting
Strong knowledge or hands-on experience with IV compounding is highly preferred
Hold a current and valid New York State pharmacist license
Clean background with no DUIs or similar issues
