This pharmacy position offers an ongoing role supporting retail pharmacy operations within a federal setting. The opportunity is based in Talladega, AL, and requires a licensed pharmacist to maintain smooth and efficient day-to-day activities Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform typical retail pharmacy duties including prescription verification, dispensing medications, and counseling patients
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and pharmacy board standards
• Manage inventory and oversee proper handling, storage, and security of pharmaceuticals
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and medication therapy
• Document and maintain accurate patient records and pharmacy operations logs

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, clear, and active pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent pharmacy experience
• Preference for candidates already credentialed through the Board of Pharmacy (BOP)
