A closed-door Long Term Care (LTC) pharmacy in Topeka, KS, is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to support their ongoing operations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality patient care while working in a focused LTC pharmacy environment.

Schedule:

  • Thursdays & Fridays
  • Shift: 9 AM 6 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) tasks to ensure medication safety and compliance
  • Conduct cycle checks to maintain accurate medication dispensing processes
  • Verify prescriptions and ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulations

Qualifications:

  • Active Kansas Pharmacist License with a clear, no negative history record
  • Minimum of 1 year of Pharmacist experience; Long Term Care experience preferred, but recent graduates and retail experience candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to start as soon as possible

This role is Contract to Hire, providing a pathway to a permanent position in a specialized LTC pharmacy setting.
