A Home Infusion Pharmacy in Wayne, NJ is seeking a full-time Pharmacist for a contract position starting October 19, 2026, through the end of January 2027. This opportunity is ideal for pharmacists experienced in sterile compounding and home infusion settings, offering a consistent weekday schedule to support essential pharmacy operations.

Position Details:

• Contract duration: October 19, 2026 end of January 2027
• Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Shift options: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and safe medication use
• Prepare, fill, and compound medications following established procedures and quality standards, including sterile compounding
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records, manage inventory, complete drug usage and PMP reporting, and ensure thorough patient documentation
• Support pharmacy operations and quality assurance programs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unrestricted NJ Pharmacist License
• Proven experience verifying sterile medications
• Strong knowledge of USP <797> sterile compounding requirements
• Demonstrated ability to maintain precise records and follow regulatory guidelines
