Schedule: MondayFriday | 8-Hour Shifts between 7:00 AM5:30 PM
Facility: Specialty Compounding Pharmacy

RPh on the Go is seeking a Fulfillment Staff Pharmacist for a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity with a specialty compounding pharmacy in Kennett Square, PA. This position offers the potential to transition into a permanent role and is a great opportunity for pharmacists interested in fulfillment, specialty pharmacy, and patient care.

Position Responsibilities

Oversee fulfillment personnel and pharmacy operations during assigned shifts
Support the processing, preparation, and shipping of prescription orders
Ensure prescriptions are accurately processed according to prescriber and patient requirements
Verify proper preparation techniques, documentation, and compliance with applicable pharmacy laws
Review patient demographics, medication histories, and medication profiles
Develop and monitor patient care and therapeutic plans
Evaluate medication therapy for appropriateness, dosing, drug interactions, and therapeutic duplication
Provide patient education and counseling on prescription medications, OTC products, and nutritional supplements
Support accurate, efficient, and compliant daily fulfillment operations

Schedule

MondayFriday: 8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM

Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License required
At least 2 years of retail pharmacy experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to prescription accuracy
Comfortable working in a fulfillment/specialty pharmacy environment
New graduates are welcome to apply
