RPh on the Go is seeking a Full-Time Staff Pharmacist for a retail pharmacy in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, well-supported pharmacy team in a high-volume retail setting with strong technician support and a collaborative work environment.

Schedule

  • Pharmacy hours:
    • MondayFriday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
    • Saturday: 9:00 AM 2:00 PM
  • Work four weekdays per week
  • Saturday coverage required approximately 12 times per month

Pharmacy Overview

  • Retail pharmacy setting
  • Approximately 3,000 prescriptions filled weekly
  • Pharmacy system: PioneerRx

Job requirements

  • Verify prescriptions and ensure dispensing accuracy
  • Provide patient counseling and answer medication-related questions
  • Oversee pharmacy workflow and technician activities
  • Process and manage prescriptions using PioneerRx
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
  • Support daily pharmacy operations in a high-volume environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and staff
  • Assist with scheduled Saturday coverage

Requirements

  • Active Kentucky Pharmacist license in good standings
  • PioneerRx experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work 12 Saturdays per month
